Disclaimers

Important

Firstance is a technical tool, not financial or legal advice. The programs are unaudited. Crypto is high risk and you can lose everything you put in.

Not financial advice#

Nothing in these docs, on the website, or in any official channel is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any token, and none of it is a promise about price or profit. Do your own research and make your own decisions.

The programs are unaudited#

Both Firstance programs are open source and run as verified builds, so the code on mainnet matches the public source. Neither has had a third party security audit. A verified build shows the code is what we published; it does not show the code is free of bugs. There is real risk in interacting with unaudited onchain programs.

Crypto is high risk#

The token can lose most or all of its value. The day one rule can liquidate the Terminal Vault within 24 hours of launch if the marketcap stays under $100k, and the milestone thresholds may never be reached. Only interact with funds you can afford to lose entirely.

Sending a coin to the vault is one way#

A token sent to the Terminal Vault is governed by the vault's rules and cannot be recovered. Non stablecoin tokens burn at the terminal. Confirm the address before sending anything.

Verify addresses#

Only trust the contract address, vault addresses, and links published on firstance.app and in these docs. Impersonators and fake addresses are common around any launch. If a link or address is not reachable from the official website, treat it as fake.

Regulatory status#

Firstance makes no representation about how any token is classified in any jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and following the laws that apply to you.
