This Privacy Policy explains how the Firstance website (firstance.app) — the "Site" — handles information. Firstance is a static, informational website for an on-chain, non-custodial tool on the Solana blockchain. It is operated by the Firstance team ("we", "us"), backed by firstdoor.app.

1. Information we do not collect

The Site has no sign-up, no login, and no user accounts. We do not ask for and do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses (unless you voluntarily email us — see §6);
• Passwords or account credentials;
• Private keys, seed phrases, or any wallet secrets — never share these with anyone, including us;
• Payment card or bank details.

2. Information handled automatically

Hosting logs

The Site is served through Google Firebase Hosting. Like virtually all web hosts, Firebase's infrastructure may automatically process technical request data — such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp — for security, delivery, and abuse-prevention. This processing is handled by Google under its own terms. See the Firebase privacy documentation and Google Privacy Policy.

Fonts

The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests these files, Google may receive your IP address and user-agent. Google states it does not use Google Fonts requests to build advertising profiles.

Local storage on your device

The Site saves a single preference — your light/dark theme choice — under the key firstance-theme in your browser's localStorage. This stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is not used to identify you. You can clear it any time via your browser settings.

Cookies & analytics

The Site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we enable privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics in the future (for example, anonymized page-view counts), we will update this Policy to describe it before doing so.

3. Wallets and on-chain activity

Firstance is non-custodial. The Site does not hold, control, or have access to your wallet, your keys, or your assets.

• Buying the FIRSTANCE token, sending a coin to the vault, or triggering any program action happens through third-party platforms and your own wallet (for example pump.fun / PumpSwap, a Solana wallet extension, and Solana RPC providers) — not through us.
• Any transaction you make is recorded on the public Solana blockchain. Wallet addresses, amounts, and timestamps are permanently public, visible to anyone (for example on Solscan), and cannot be edited or deleted by us or by you.
• If a page ever connects to your wallet, it processes only your public wallet address to display information or build a transaction for you to sign. We do not receive your private keys.

4. Third-party services

When you use the Site or interact with Firstance, you may also be subject to the privacy practices of independent third parties we do not control, including:

• Google (Firebase Hosting, Google Fonts);
• The Solana network, RPC providers, and block explorers such as Solscan;
• pump.fun / PumpSwap, the Pyth price oracle, and any wallet software you choose;
• External sites we link to (GitHub, X / Twitter, Telegram).

Their handling of your data is governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review them.

5. Data retention, security & your rights

Because we do not maintain a customer database, there is generally no personal data held by us to access, correct, or delete. Any request logs are retained and secured by our hosting provider under its own retention practices. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA (access, correction, deletion, objection). To make a request or ask a question, contact us at the address in §6, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Blockchain interactions in particular are irreversible — always verify addresses and transactions before signing.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
